Shipment policy

Order Turnaround

Orders dispatched to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 3 to 4 days from the day of dispatch. International orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.
Your order will be sent out 7-10 days after it has been placed due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know at [email protected].

Delivery times for EU countries are within 7 – 15 working days and within 20-45 working days for the rest of the world after dispatch (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded).

Delivery costs

Shipping is charged based on the total amount of your order. Shipping costs also depend on the total weight of your order. They will be automatically calculated after adding products to cart.

We offer tracked shipping to a long list of countries. If you find your country not being listed, feel free to drop us a line at [email protected].

We offer flexible shipping rates based on your order weight.

Prices marked with * are for priority shipping. Unmarked prices are for standard shipping.

We ship all orders using the Croatian National Post (Hrvatska pošta).

You will be required to sign for your package on delivery, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided upon ordering.

We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.

Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

Tracking Number

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments after they are generated by the Croatian National Post. There is a possibility of short delays if for some reason this process is slower than usual, but that falls out of our control. Resending of the same shipments is additionally charged.

You can track your package at the Croatian National Post website.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of Croatia or the European Union, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are to be covered by the buyer. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
